<dd style="text-align: left;"><strong>Training Format</strong> “Introduction to Mediation: Professional Training for Mediators and Conflict Managers” is designed for 12 participants, ensuring individual attention and quality group interaction. It is a combination of reading, lecture, experiential learning, and simulation. The participants are involved in role plays, observations, self-reflection, summary reports, evaluations, and small group exploration. The curriculum is designed in compliance with the expectations of Alternative Dispute Resolution professional associations. The fifth day of the training is a full day mediation simulation with actors from outside the training group. This format allows participants to practice new skills while receiving critique and support for their work.This training is being presented at Mediation &amp; Facilitation Resources, 11 King Street, Augusta, ME, <strong>June 21, 22 , 23, 29 and 30</strong><strong>, 2010 </strong>8:30am &#8211; 5:oopm</dd>
