People can attend your meeting by sitting at their own computers at their homes or offices. This saves travel and time and money.
BUT YOU WANT TO SEE THEM TOO!
YES ! You can see them! If they have a web cam their image will project on to the large screen TV in the great room.
What about hearing them or if they do not have a web camera?
We have a high tech “polycom speaker phone” that transmits sound very well throughout the great room. The web based video conferencing also lets you choose Voice over the internet (VOIP) if you prefer.
Do you have to be a techno genius? No! This is new technology that make it possible for all of us. And we can help too!
